The collection, use, and processing of the personal data of Insurance Agents and Insurance Agent Candidates through the M-RISE application or website Manulife Rise (hereinafter collectively referred to as ""M-RISE"") to support activities relating to the recruitment, training, development, and management of insurance agents are carried out in accordance with applicable laws and on the basis of the data subject's consent, as follows:
- For Insurance Agents, the collection and processing of personal data through M-RISE are carried out based on the Commitment Letter/Addendum to the Commitment Letter attached to the Insurance Agent Agreement and other relevant personal data protection documents of Manulife.
- For Insurance Agent Candidates, the collection and processing of personal data through M-RISE are carried out based on your consent to the processing of personal data that you have provided through the Life Insurance Agent Application Form, the M-PA application, and/or other relevant applications.
